Author. Entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurship has always been my dream profession, and after having my miracle baby boy, Ferris, I realized this was a now-or-never moment to jump in and become an author with a product the world needs.

Ferris is my last embryo and the answered prayer of faith, love and science through IVF.

Reading holds a very special place in my heart, and this next stage of my career has me creating something I am so very passionate about in the lives of children through my picture books: in vitro fertilization.

Now a little about me, personally…

Well, in November 2019, I am proud to say I was a finisher in the New York City Marathon.  I love to host parties and celebrate life, no matter how small the occasion!

I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Elmhurst College, which is also where I met my best friend and husband, Dan.  We have a toy Maltese named Mr Big and a Siamese cat named James Bond.  (Both of which are Ferris’ partners in crime).

I am a mother, first and foremost, and everything else comes second.  I believe you really can have and achieve anything you want…but you are going to have to work for it and expect nothing to be handed to you.

My husband often calls me his real-life Steve Jobs because I live my life and lead by example for my son to believe in the following:

Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules… You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

Ferris is my inspiration, and my husband, Dan, is the motivation that keeps me running the extra mile in all I do.

I can’t wait to read it to my boys! I also love so much that they will have this book to let them know what we went through to get them here! It really is such a brilliant idea!
